Circulation service is a service provided to visitors to be able to borrow and return library books. This service is located on the 2nd floor. The number of books that can be borrowed is 5 books with a borrowing period of 14 days.
Requirement:
Borrowing
- UNDIP Campus Residents Users (Lecturers, Students, and Staff)
- Present a valid and proprietary Membership or KTM card.
- Users do not have loans exceeding the provisions.
- Users do not have a penalty dependent.
Returning
- UNDIP Campus Residents Users (Lecturers, Students, and Staff)
- Present a valid and proprietary Membership or KTM card.
Ordinances:
Borrowing
- Users choose and bring books to be borrowed from the bookshelf.
- Users take book cards in the book to be borrowed.
- The user writes the NIM or NIP and puts a signature on the book card to be borrowed.
- Users hand over the KTM, the book to be borrowed, the book card that has been written NIM or NIP, and the signature to the officer.
- The clerk verifies the KTM and the book card and affixes the return date stamp on the return date slip and the book card.
- Officers enter books to be borrowed.
- The officer handed over the book that had been entered to the user.
- Users swipe books borrowed with a sensor liberator (desensitizer).
- Officers file book cards as of return date.
Returning
- Users submit KTMs and books to be returned.
- The officer receives and verifies the returned book in the database.
- If the book is appropriate, the officer notifies there is and there is no delay.
- If it is too late, the user pays a fine.
- If there is no fine, the officer releases the returned book in the database.
- Books that have been returned are given the appropriate book card.
- The officer activates the book sensor with the desensitizer tool.
- Officers put books on trolly according to their ranks.
