Learning and Discussing the Preparation of the Final Project with the Librarian of Undip Library

Library and Undip Press carry out final clinical services in the audio-visual room of the Undip Library building. Five students participated in this activity on Wednesday, 23 August 2023. In this activity, two undergraduate mathematics students and three social anthropology undergraduates studied and discussed websites or applications that could help students prepare for their final project. Head of UPT Library and Undip Press Mr. Suwondo, S.Hum., M.Kom. participating in sharing knowledge and discussing with students participating in TA clinical services. The main topic presented in the Final Project clinical service is VOSviewer to determine the research focus. The following discussion topics are Mendeley, e-resources, and searching through the EBSCO website. The topics discussed at each TA clinical service meeting may vary. This can be adjusted according to the needs of TA clinic participants.

On this occasion, Mr. Suwondo was accompanied by a librarian to provide materials and guidance to students. Currently, librarians at Library and Undip Press have been provided with training of trainers related to websites or applications to support the preparation of the final project. In this service, participants are free to choose topics, starting from Mendeley, Zootero, Turnitin, E-Resources, Paraphrase, VOSviewer, Grammarly. and citation techniques. The participants were satisfied and advised other students to use the Final Assignment Clinic services.
