The Library and Undip Press held a workshop on using Springer, Emerald, and Cambridge databases to improve international scientific publications on Wednesday-Thursday, 11-12 October 2023. The activity was carried out in 3 sessions, namely two sessions on Wednesday and one on Thursday. The total number of participants was 300 people. In his speech, the Head of the Library and Undip Press, Suwondo S.Hum, M.Kom, said that the Library had undergone significant renovations and added facilities and services. Hopefully, the Undip academic community can make maximum use of it. He hopes that criticism and input can be given to improve service quality. Eva Silvia, the account manager representative of i-group Asia Pacific, delivered the workshop material. He had material related to using the Springer, Emerald, and Cambridge databases, tips and tricks, and a joint discussion regarding the issue of obstacles in using these databases. One of the participants from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Marsono, SE, M.Adv.Acc, Ak, CA conveyed the issue of obstacles in several journals being analyzed. He discussed how to access the emerald database outside the campus network. Undip Academic Community is given access to international journals via single sign-on (SSO).
